I have over 18 years experience in the fitness industry.
I am qualified personal trainer and group instructor.

I train people both 1-1 and in groups. Each session is different and uses different techniques - including interval training, bootcamps, kettle bells, boxing and body conditioning - to help my clients achieve their goals.
